ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING - TO REQUEST A RETURN OR ANY RETURN ENQUIRIES PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMERSERVICE@FFITH.COM 

FOR EXCHANGES PLEASE EMAIL US WITH THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE, ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN WE WILL SEND OUT EXCHANGE ITEM IMMEDIATELY.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

• Items are in their original condition.

• Items are in their original packaging.

• Tags remain attached to garments.

• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Products received without authorization.

• Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale.

• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.

• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.

• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
